- THIS SALE INCLUDES GST & A FULL GST TAX INVOICE WILL BE ISSUED.
- We aim to provide as accurate a description as possible of the goods we are selling.
- We will generally respond to all enquiries within 24 hours of the request. We can not guarantee to answer over the weekend or on public holidays.
- All goods are in working order unless described (typically) as "AS IS" or "UNTESTED".
- An auction is a contract and the winning bidder is obliged to complete the transaction. We spend a lot of time on putting together a listing and will lodge a complaint with eBay against non paying bidders. Alternatively we may charge you a non-complete fee charged at the rate of up to 20% of the final sale price and set at a minimum of $25.
- We expect contact from the buyer within 3 days and payment within 5 days of the close of the auction.
- Goods will generally be dispatched within 3 business days or less after cleared funds payment.
- We use the Terms & Conditions of the Fair Trading Act of NSW as the basis of resolving any problems associated with this transaction and will resolve any matters according to these well accepted and fair guidelines.
- Warranty is back to base (that is, the goods must be returned to us) unless specified otherwise in our advertisement. All costs associated with returning the goods and collecting from us are at the buyers expense.
DELIVERY
We provide packing and delivery as a service and we use large reputable companies for delivery. However, we can not guarantee safe delivery of the item as we have no control over the delivery company. We can guarantee that items will be packed and addressed correctly as per your instructions. Our Postage and Delivery methods are as follows:
Pickup from our Sydney (St Peters) warehouse is available for all goods advertised.
Delivery is charged at cost with a small fee for processing. We do not aim to make money from the delivery component but in some instances we need to recover costs such as packing, booking delivery and generally handling your item.
We use Star Track Express for all inter country packages over 3KG in weight, Australia Post or FedEx for all International sales and Australia Post for Inter country sales of goods that weigh under 3KG. Please note - we only delivery bulky goods to an address where someone is in attendance during normal working hours. If our courier attempts a delivery and no one is able to receive the delivery there may be an additional re-delivery charge which will vary and will need to be paid to us before a re-delivery attempt is made.
DELIVERY INSURANCE
We strongly urge you to take out our delivery insurance as this is the only way you will be covered for loss or damage. Delivery Insurance is set at 2-3% of the final sales price and covers total loss or damage. We will only honour any claim where you have paid this insurance.

HANDLING & PACKING FEES
As we sell a lot of used items at below normal prices and they often come to us packed on a pallet with no boxes. Before sending to you we must individually pack the item, this does cost an amount of money for our packing materials and staff.

SERVERS, PRINTERS, FAXES, MONITORS, PC'S, APPLE MACS (OTHER THAN NOTEBOOKS), WORKSTATIONS AND ALL OTHER LARGE AND BULKY ITEMS
Packing and Handling Fee is $25 Per Item/Box
ITEMS THAT CAN FIT INTO A POSTBAG
Packing and Handling Fee is $5 Per Item/Box
MEDIUM SIZED ITEMS SUCH AS NOTEBOOKS, ROUTERS, SWITCHES, ETC
Packing and Handling Fee is $15 Per Item/Box
If you are unsure of the handling fee for a particular item, please do not hesitate to ask.
REFUNDS
We will provide a refund under the following circumstances:
The buyer is always responsible to pay for the return of the goods to us.
We may refund the initial delivery cost charged on the initial sale.
BUYER CHANGES MIND OR BOUGHT THE WRONG ITEM
If the buyer has made a purchasing error then the refund will be subject to a restocking, listing and handling fee. We will not refund any delivery costs. Fees are:
Used Items: 20% Of the Sale Price or $25 Minimum
New Items - Unopened: 20% Of the Sale Price or $25 Minimum
New Items - Opened: Minimum of 20% or $25 but you must contact us as the fee may vary depending on the item.
GOODS NOT AS DESCRIBED OR FAULTY ON ARRIVAL (DOA)
All Items: We will either send a replacement item or parts required or full refund including delivery cost. We take no responsibility for the appearance/condition of the item if actual photo's were provided in our listing.
DELIVERY DAMAGE OR LOSS
When we deliver items to you we will always give you the option of taking out delivery insurance. If you do not pay the extra delivery insurance (usually 2-3%) then you are NOT covered for any loss or damage in the delivery.

QUESTIONS & DESCRIPTION
We make every attempt to describe our product in detail, however there are occasions where we may miss something out, if that is the case please email us and we will do our best to respond to your enquiry. However, if we have advertised a server with a 3.2 GHz processor please understand we will not respond to a question about processor speed. Conversely if we advertise a machine with 1GB of ram and you need to know wether there are 1, 2 , 3 or more chips that comprise that memory please feel free to ask the question. Please read the listing in detail to see if the answer is there, most time it is.
If you email us about something that is contained in our listing we may not respond in as timely manner or at all due to the high volume of questions we sometimes receive.
Please read the listing carefully and especially before you place a bid. We will not answer any enquiries after the auction has closed unless they are about freight, payment, delivery or warranty issues. Do not bid and buy and then ask us for further details about the product.
FEEDBACK
We always provide feedback, however we never give negative feedback. Non paying bidders will be reported to eBay for a refund of our fees.
We believe that the Feedback system provides a check on the buyer and the seller. Some buyers make unreasonable requests and threaten sellers with negative feedback if they do not comply with a certain buyer request. Our feedback is testament to the fact that a threat is NOT required in order for us to resolve a buyer concern or request. We always go out of our way to assist our buyers but, like you, we are only human and mistakes can occur. If you point out the mistake to us we will generally resolve them promptly. We advise all buyers that we do not take lightly any threats of negative feedback when we are in the right and the buyer has simply made a mistake, misunderstood or used their own assumptions. If the situation arises that a buyer is making unreasonable demands and threatens or unjustly posts negative feedback we will take legal action against the buyer.
