Oz Auctions 'R' Us Returns Policy


Please read this carefully. If you are unable to comply with these terms and conditions then please do not bid.

Before you return a product you must contact us and we will issue you with a Return Authority number (RA) which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box or packaging of the item. If an RA number is not displayed we will not take delivery of the goods and they will be returned to sender.

Please note Oz Auctions ‘R’ Us will issue RA numbers in the following circumstances:
  • If an item is not as described. Oz Auctions ‘R’ Us will cover any freight costs.
  • If an item has been damaged in freight and Oz Auctions ‘R’ Us are notified within 24 hours of delivery. Oz Auctions ‘R’ Us will cover any freight costs.
  • If an item is reported damaged or faulty within the items warranty period but after 24 hours from the time of delivery. The buyer is responsible for any freight costs.
  • If a chargeable repair or modification is required. The buyer is responsible for any freight costs.
IMPORTANT!
We insure every item we ship with our freight carriers. It is a stipulation of these insurance policies that the freight carrier is advised within 24 hours of delivery of any damage or other problems that arise due to freight. Therefore it is required that Oz Auctions ‘R’ Us are advised of any damage or other freight related issues within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage or faults reported more than 24 hours after delivery will be processed as per our standard warranty conditions.

Please note that Oz Auctions ‘R’ Us will NOT issue RA numbers in the following circumstances:
  • The specified warranty period has expired.
  • The item is described “As Is”, “Faulty”, or “Untested”.
  • The buyer has changed their mind and no longer wants the item.
  • Where the buyer has assumed certain unadvertised parts or features where included, but were not.
  • The item has been modified or tampered with in any way.
